Finance/Marketing Associate/Intern (m/f/x)

All in one place, personalized to your interests, translated into five languages. With excellent usability, using state-of-the-art Natural Language (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies.
Starting immediately, we are looking for a
Finance/Marketing Associate/Intern (m/f/x)
to join our dynamic, distributed, interdisciplinary team.
Your tasks may include:
- design, develop, execute and control market experiments to inform product design and future product development
- assist financial planning with calculations, estimations and projections
- support market research, usability studies and competitive analysis
- specify, evaluate, implement and support marketing systems and automation (e.g. CRM, mailings, subscription management)
- design, develop and implement KPIs and dashboard or reports to inform our go-to-market
- generate ideas, design and develop content for our Social Media outlets (B2B focus: LinkedIn, Twitter)
- audience and community management (B2C)
- provide content and prepare scripts for product demonstrations to prospective partners and investors
This is what we are particularly looking for:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Business Administration, or equivalent, with specialization on Finance and/or Marketing (you will be able to complete your degree while on the job, see below)
- initial working experience (voluntary work or charitable, non-profit and honorary associations are perfectly fine)
- broad, interdisciplinary skills and knowledge (centered around e.g. Marketing, Business, Finance)
- good communication skills are a must (esp. English)
- strong language skills are a strong plus (esp. German, English, Spanish, French, Italian)
- hands-on, self-starting, can-do attitude, growth mindset
- creativity, flexibility, resilience, reliability, and cultural curiosity
- proven ability to work flexibly from anywhere as part of a distributed team
